David McClure and Montague Law offer a wide variety of services in the area of patent law, including the preparation, filing, and prosectution of patent applications, litigation and other dispute resolution, assignments and other contracts, licensing, ownership issues, and related work. While this work often has to be done on an hourly basis, whenever possible we’ll give you a flat fee or at least an estimate beforehand. We handle patent applications and other similar projects on a fixed fee basis, which we generally will quote you after learning about your invention and what geographic scope of patent protection you seek.
